Ingredients:
Serves 3 - 4 pax

Marinated pork ingredients
=====
330g of pork loin - cut into strips
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of cornflour

Meat sauce ingredients
=====
100ml of lard oil
10g of grated ginger
4 shallots - chopped
4 cloves of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of spicy bean paste
1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
4 tablespoons of ketchup
Marinated pork
2 cups (500ml) of water
2 teaspoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Some cornstarch solution


Other ingredients

Egg noodles
Some blanced kailan (Chinese broccolli)
