Easy and Delicious Japanese Pickled Daikon Senmaizuke

This video is about Daikon Pickles Senmaizuke . Senmaizuke is thin-sliced daikon pickles and usually use turnip. Turnip is more popular in Japan, but I use daikon this time. If you want to try turnip, please try to do so. The key ingredient is konbu. Konbu has Umami, and this makes this dish very tasty.

** Ingredients

Daikon 500g
Salt 10g
Sugar 30g
Rice Vinegar 25g
Mirin 10g
Konbu 2 inch (5cm)
Dried Chili 1/2~1
