Easy Katsuobushi and Broccoli Salad | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- 1 head Broccoli

Seasoning:
- 2 Tbsp Katsuobushi
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce

Instructions:
1. Cut broccoli into florets. Cook in boiling water until preferred hardness. Drain.
2. Place broccoli florets into a bowl and add seasonings. Mix well.
3. Enjoy either warm or cold! Add mayonnaise for a different taste.
