Eggplant Namul

INGREDIENTS
2 eggplant

4 teaspoons ponzu
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

2 scallions (chopped)

PREPARATION
1. Wrap the eggplant with a food wrap. Microwave for 3 minutes at 600W.

2. Chill (1) in the iced water.

3. Tear the eggplant vertically into small pieces. Mix with all of the ingredients A. Put chopped scallions on top.

4. Enjoy!
