Fried Shrimp Potato Balls
Servings: 4 balls

INGREDIENTS
4 shrimp

A
1 teaspoon potato starch
1/2 teaspoon salt
B
1 teaspoon sake
1/2 teaspoon salt

4 potatoes
1 egg (beaten)
1 potato (shredded)

Frying oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Devein the shrimp. Rub potato starch and salt (A) onto shrimp and rinse well. Season the shrimp with sake and salt (b) in a bowl.

2. Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Microwave for 6 minutes at 600W.

3. With a fork, mash potatoes (2). Form the mashed potatoes into balls with shrimp inside.

4. Dip the potato balls (3) in the egg and coat with shredded potatoes.

5. Deep fry (4) in the oil until golden.

6. Enjoy!
