Fried Spam

INGREDIENTS
1 can spam
Flour, as needed
2 eggs (beaten)
Panko breadcrumbs, as needed
Cheese sauce, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Cut the spam into sticks.

2. Dust the spam sticks with flour. Dip in the eggs and coat with panko breadcrumbs.

3. Fly (3) in the oil (170C/ 338F) until golden. Serve with the cheese sauce.

4. Enjoy!
