In this quick recipe, I first prepare an unusual, spicy, buttery sauce with marinated anchovies, chili peppers and lots of lemon. Subsequently, I fry the white fish and then pour the warm sauce on top, to enhance its taste which is usually blunt and understated. I hope you will enjoy it!
