Usually fish recipes are quite simple; the most important thing is to find fresh fish AND prepare it the same day.
In this quick recipe, I first prepare an unusual, spicy, buttery sauce with marinated anchovies, chili peppers and lots of lemon. Subsequently, I fry the white fish and then pour the warm sauce on top, to enhance its taste which is usually blunt and understated.
I hope you will enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS:
450 gr / 16 oz / 4 slices fresh, White Fish Fillets, any (e.g. Cod, Halibut, Turbot)
40 gr / 1.4 oz / almost 3 tbsp. Butter (for frying)
230 ml / almost 1 cup Water
1 tbsp. Corn Flour
21 gr / 0.7 oz / 1.5 tbsp. Butter (for the sauce)
35 gr / 1.2 oz / 6 fillets cured, marinated Anchovies (with chili flakes)
1/3 tsp. ground Nutmeg
1-1.5 tbsp. / 15-20 ml fresh Lemon Juice
Zest from one Lemon
Ground Salt and Pepper
