Galette with Cabbage
Servings: 1

INGREDIENTS
A
130ml water
70g flour
Salt, a pinch
10g butter
1 cabbage leaf (shredded)
1 bacon slice (cut into 1cm pieces)
1 egg
Black pepper, as needed

PREPARATION
1. With a hand mixer, mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl.

2. Heat the butter in a pan on medium heat. Pour (1) onto the pan.

3. Put shredded cabbage and bacon pieces on (2). Place the egg in the middle.

4. Cook on low heat with the lid on until the egg is done.

5. Fold in all of the corners. Sprinkle some black pepper.

6. Enjoy!
