Ginger Pork Shogayaki | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- 1 lb Pork Belly
- ½ White Onion
- Plenty of Cabbage, shredded

Seasoning:
- 2 Tbsp Ginger, grated
- 4 Tbsp Sake
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Mirin

Instructions:
1. Cut pork belly into bite sized pieces. Slice onion.
2. Mix together all of the ingredients of the seasoning in a medium sized bowl.
3. Place pork belly and onions into the bowl and mix together. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
4. Pour meat and marinade into a frying pan and cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally.
5. Once meat is cooked through and onions are translucent, serve with plenty of shredded cabbage and a bowl of rice. Enjoy!
