Ingredients:- 1 lb Pork Belly- ½ White Onion- Plenty of Cabbage, shreddedSeasoning:- 2 Tbsp Ginger, grated- 4 Tbsp Sake- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce- 2 Tbsp MirinInstructions:1. Cut pork belly into bite sized pieces. Slice onion.2. Mix together all of the ingredients of the seasoning in a medium sized bowl.3. Place pork belly and onions into the bowl and mix together. Marinate for about 10 minutes.4. Pour meat and marinade into a frying pan and cook over medium heat. Stir occasionally.5. Once meat is cooked through and onions are translucent, serve with plenty of shredded cabbage and a bowl of rice. Enjoy!
