Ingredients
1 chicken thigh

A
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 Tbsp sake

B
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp mirin
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
1 tsp potato starch

Directions
1. Poke holes in the skin of the chicken with a fork, and marinate in A for 15 minutes.
2. Put the chicken skin side first in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, then microwave (600W) for 5 minutes.
