To tell you the truth, as a Feta lover, any Feta saganaki would drive me crazy, either breaded with sesame or as a golden packet wrapped with phyllo!
In this Saganaki recipe with sesame, I match it with a sour cherry preserve, because when it is drizzled on top of the fried feta, it gives that special, sour-sweet taste.
But if you dont have sour cherry preserve, then simply serve it with honey which is usually available at home, and gives a wonderful sweetness to the fried feta.
Suitable for lacto-ovo Vegetarians.

INGREDIENTS:
300 gr / 10.5 oz Greek Feta Cheese, hard
2 small Eggs
24 gr / 0.8 oz / 2 tbsp. All-purpose Flour
100 gr / 3.5 oz / 0.8 cup Sesame Seeds
30 gr / 1 oz / 2.5 tbsp. Black Sesame Seeds
About 200 ml / 0.8 cup Olive oil, for frying
For garnishing:
Sour Cherry Spoon Sweet aka Preserve or Honey
