If you hate it, you can now stop reading! But if you love it like I do, this recipe belonging to my beloved Mom-Elsa will be your most handy, easy and super delicious dish. The liver is first fried and then braised briefly in a rich lemony sauce, enhanced with Greek oregano, for a juicy, scrumptious, umami dish. My Mom used to prepare liver often when I was growing up, and she either used this or her Egyptian spicy liver recipe. For me, both recipes were love at first bite! And still are until today!
