Serves 6-8 persons
Olive paste is a simple spread or dip that is used as an appetizer usually on top of toasted bread.
Filled with the amazing, earthy flavor of Greek Olives, you will have this delicious spread on your table in 5' max! Because nothing beats homemade!!
Enjoy the simple Tapenade!

INGREDIENTS:
170 gr / 6 oz Kalamata Olives, pitted (weighed cleaned)
3 tbsp. / 22.5 gr / 0.8 oz Capers
30 ml / 2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive oil (EVOO)
3-4 cured, marinated anchovies, fillets, strained
Garlic clove
15 ml / 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice from lemon
Slices of toasted or grilled bread, for serving
