This famous Greek dish is usually prepared for the Easter Sunday table especially if you can not prepare lamb on the spit. Similar to Kleftiko and Gioulbasi but much simpler to prepare, this dish is made with lamb chunks (many times with leftovers), potatoes, vegetables and Greek cheese.
