Serves 4 people
The beloved Cypriot Halloumi Cheese is ideal as a light Saganaki because it is very easy to grill, keeps its shape and has a rubbery texture anyway.
Are you wondering if its taste matches with a preserve/spoon sweet? Definitely, as beautifully as it matches with honey. Saganaki can be served as an accompaniment to everything else you prepare for dinner or lunch!
Suitable for lacto-vegetarians

INGREDIENTS:
200 gr / 7 oz Halloumi Cheese
4 pcs. Orange Rind Preserve/Spoon Sweet or Lemon juice
15 ml / 1 tbsp. Greek Honey
tbsp. Sesame seeds
1/3 tsp. Dry Mint
A bit Olive Oil for the grill
Lettuce leaves to garnish
