Ham and Cheese Roll with Gyoza Skin
Makes 8 rolls

INGREDIENTS
8 sheets of gyoza skin
2 slices of ham, cut into 4 pieces each
2 slices of cheese, cut into 4 pieces each
Vegetable oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1.Cut the ham and cheese into 4 equal pieces each.

2.Place one piece of ham and one piece of cheese on each sheet of gyoza skin, and roll it up.

3.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the rolls until they are crispy.

4.Serve and enjoy!
