Ham, Egg and Cheese in Rice Paper
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
1 rice paper wrapper
Shredded cheese, as needed
2 eggs
2 ham slices
Vegetable oil, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Make a cut in one spot on the rice paper toward the center.
2. Place the wrapper (1) on a lightly oiled pan. Put the ham, the cheese and the eggs on the wrapper.
3. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes with a lid on. Fold in the wrapper.
4. Enjoy!
