Hot-Pot with Mandarin Oranges
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
2 mandarin oranges
2 shrimp
2 fishballs
2 shiitake mushurooms
1/3 Japanese leek
100g Chinese cabbage
20g mizuna
300ml hot-pot broth

PREPARATION
1. Wash the oranges. Grill in the toaster oven until lightly burnt.

2. Cut the cabbage and the leeks. Remove the stem from the shiitake and make a shallow cut on top.

3. Place (2), the fishballs, and the shrimp in a hot-pot pan.

4. Add the hot-pot broth into the pan. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat with a lid on. Add the grilled oranges (1) and mizuna (cut into 10cm pieces) into the pot.

5. Enjoy!
