I love Roland's rendition of this seafood mee goreng. Personally I'm a big fan of mee goreng especially if the gravy tastes like chilli crab. It's like enjoying chilli crab without the mess and of course the price :p. This is another quick fix dinner idea for you and your family.

Ingredients:
Serves 3

Fry these together first then set aside - to be added to the pan later
3 cloves of garlic
1 squid - sliced
9 prawns

Fry these together
4 eggs
250g yellow noodles
a few stalks of choy sum
2.5 tablespoons of sambal chilli paste
1 cup of water
3 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 cup of water
1/2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoons of salt
