Serves 3-4 persons
Welcome back to my kitchen. Today I am going to show you a very easy recipe for whipped Feta sauce/dip.
Feta is a beloved cheese for all Greeks but it is also very popular around the world.
This Feta Sauce or even cream can be eaten cold or warm.
It can be used as a dip for greens or grilled pita bread or can accompany grilled or BBQed meat, chicken or veggies.
A beautiful sauce that I am certain will delight you. Let me show how to prepare it!
Suitable for lacto vegetarians.

INGREDIENTS:
200 gr / 7 oz Feta cheese (soft, at room temp.)
About cup / 125 ml fresh Milk, half skimmed
1 tsp. dry or fresh Oregano
2 tbsp. / 30 ml Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 tbsp. / 15 ml fresh Lemon juice
Optional: Some sweet Paprika powder to garnish
Optional: 1 Garlic clove
A bit of salt if needed
