How to make 2 ingredients Melon SorbetEP14

The easiest summer treat recipe for you
The key to success is choosing a very ripe melon. Give it a try!

Ingredients:
one very ripe melon
2 tablespoon of agave syrup or simple syrup
(simple syrup: bring same part of sugar and water to boil and cool)

Directions:
1.Cut melon in half. Scrape seeds out and pass through a sieve. Retain the juice because it is the sweetest part.

2.Scrape flesh and freeze for 6 hours overnight.

3.Blend with agave syrup and melon juice until smooth.

4.You can eat as it is or fill the melon shell to make a wedge.
