How to make ★Buche de NOEL★Japanese Christmas Cake〜Short version〜(EP154) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Hi friends!

This is a short version of Buche de NOEL!

・cocoa sheet sponge 21cm×28 cm square pan
2 large eggs
80g sugar
50g cake flour
3g cocoa powder
20g butter
20g whole milk
・ganache
200g semi sweet chocolate
240ml heavy cream (40% milk fat)
1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
・chocolate whipped cream
100g ganache
100ml heavy cream
・butter cream for decoration
2 tablespoons butter
1~2 tablespoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
a pinch of beet powder or red food coloring
・caramel decoration
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon water

※You can skip the buttercream and caramel decoration!
Make your own Buche de NOEL however you like!
