This no-bake easily prepared delicious chocolate dessert, has two distinctive names derived from its texture: "Salami" for its long shape and the cookies that imitate fat. Or "Mosaic" because when you serve it, you get a 'piece of art' made from assembling small coloured pieces. Suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians. You can also make Salami without eggs, by substituting the 2 eggs with 1/2 cup apple mousse!

Ingredients:
250 gr. soft Margarine or Butter
1 tbsp. Vanilla extract
2 tbsp. Brandy
2 fresh Eggs
4-5 tbsp. Cocoa powder
200 gr. Icing Sugar
340 gr. plain Cookies (petit-beurre, graham crackers or tea biscuits)
Optional: 60 gr. Chopped Walnuts
