sponge:
2 large eggs
90g sugar
70g cake flour
20g butter
20g whole milk

custard cream:
2 egg yolks
50g sugar
10g corn starch
10g all-purpose flour
300ml whole milk

vanilla whipped cream:
250ml heavy cream
25g sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tsp dark rum ※optional
