They are either small round honey puffs or shaped as a ring with a hole in the middle. They are deep fried to perfection i.e. until they become golden crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They are traditionally drizzled w/honey or drenched in honey syrup and then sprinkled with cinnamon, walnuts or even melted chocolate! A very easy recipe to make at home and spoil yourself and your family. Just give plenty of time for the dough to rise and you will have an amazing treat on your table, perfect with coffee as breakfast or snack. And totally irresistible and addictive
