How to make ★Japanese Christmas Cake★〜クリスマスケーキの作り方〜(EP85) | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today, I want to share with you Japanese Christmas Cake. I had just uploaded "Holiday Cookies video", but I can't stop myself to do the cake! Just to be quick, for a couple of days left before Christmas. I hope this video is helpful for you guys!

〈sponge cake〉15cm mold (6 inches)
2 large eggs
90g sugar
80g cake flour
25g vegetable oil

〈Whipped cream〉
300ml heavy cream
30g sugar

〈simple syrup〉
20g sugar
20g water ※combine sugar and water. Cook in microwave until sugar dissolves.
1 tablespoon rum
