Recipe makes 18-20 Acma
Acma-Soft Bagel or soft rolled bread (pronounced: achma) is a soft dough that is twisted, rolled up in the shape of a bagel and then baked.
Acma are the ideal breakfast or snack, perfect for kids to take to school or to eat as an afternoon treat. Deliciously soft with a subtle sweet-salty taste and very versatile; you can prepare them just plain with butter or with any filling- savoury or sweet!
If you like bagels, then you will surely get hooked to Acma! A basket full of goodness, that's what I call them! Their taste is quite addictive, so there, I said it and now you are warned
