In the Greek and Cypriot Autumn months, there is one traditional dessert that is being prepared everywhere and fills our nostrils with its wonderful aromas: Moustalevria or Palouzés! Grapes are harvested, grape must is made so we all think it's high time for this beloved Pudding!
Its Greek name, Moustalevria, is a compound word: Moustos+alevri meaning Must + Flour! In Cyprus it is also a traditional dessert called Palouzés!
Super easy to prepare, healthy and a NO SUGAR dessert! When ready, I promise you it's gobbled up in minutes; that's how delicious it is! A "Must" try dessert
