Indonesian Nasi Liwet Sunda in Rice Cooker #shorts

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Cooking oil
2 Shallots (sliced)
2 cloves Garlic (sliced)
4 pieces Kaffir lime leaves
8 pieces Chilli padi
3 Lemongrass (pounded)
30g Petai (halved)
cup Ikan bilis
300g Rice
300ml Water
3 Pandan leaves
100ml Coconut cream
tsp Salt
1 tsp Chicken powder
2 tbsp Butter
Salted Fish
Salted Egg
Fried Tempeh
Fried Tau kwa

Steps:
1. In a pan, add cooking oil, shallots, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, chilli padi, lemongrass, petai, ikan bilis and stir fry until fragrant.
2. In a rice cooker, add 300g washed rice, pandan leaves, coconut cream, salt, chicken powder, water and the stir fried ingredients.
3. Mix evenly and set to cook in the rice cooker.
4. Once done, add 2 tbsp butter and mix evenly.
5. Serve with salted egg, salted fish, fried tempeh, fried tau kwa and sambal goreng sotong.
