Irish Guinness Beef Stew with Mash #shorts

Ingredients:
1kg Chuck roast (cut into cubes)
tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 large red onions (sliced)
200g swiss brown mushrooms (quartered)
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp worcestershire
1 tbsp oil
50g butter
1 tbsp dried thyme
2 sprigs rosemary
1tbsp flour
500ml Guinness draught
400ml beef stock

Roast in a 175C oven for 1.5-2 hours
