Japanese Chicken Wings | Umami Insider

Ingredients:
- 1.5 lb Chicken Wings
- 4 Egg boiled

Seasoning:
- 3 ½ Tbsp Organic Rice Vinegar (https://umami-insider.store/products/organic-rice-vinegar)
- 3 ½ Tbsp Soy Sauce (https://umami-insider.store/products/koikuchi-raw-soy-sauce)
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- ½ cup Water

Instructions:
1. Mix together the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place chicken wings and boiled eggs in a pot and add seasoning mixture.
3. Turn the heat on and bring to boil. Stir occasionally.
4. Once boiled, turn down the heat to low and simmer until chicken wings are tender.
