INGREDIENTS:
400g chicken thigh
2 tablespoons of sake
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Sesame oil 2 tsp
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon of garlic (grated)
2 tablespoons of potato starch
2 tablespoons flour
Appropriate amount of frying oil

Sunny lettuce
Lemon (comb cut) appropriate amount

PREPARATION:
1. Make a few holes in the chicken with a fork and cut it into larger bite-sized pieces.

2. Put (1), sake, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl, knead well, and soak for 30 minutes.

3. Add the potato starch and flour, and mix with chopsticks until the whole blends.

4. Put in fried oil at 170 C and fry for 2-3 minutes, then take out with fried net.
