Ingredients:
2 cups (480ml) Dashi (http://www.japanesecooking101.com/dashi/)
2 eggs
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tbsp juice from Kimchi
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped (about 6 stalks)
1/2 cup Kimchi, coarsely chopped
5-6 oz octopus, cut into 1/2" (1cm) cubes

Hot Mayo Sauce
4 Tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp Gochujang
2 Tbsp sesame oil

oil (for the pan)
Takoyaki sauce or Okonomiyaki sauce
Korean roasted seaweed (Nori), cut into small pieces
sesame seeds

しょうゆ 小さじ1
塩 小さじ1/4
キムチの汁 大さじ4
小麦粉 150g
青ネギ 刻んで1/2カップ(5−6本)
キムチ 刻んで1/2カップ
たこ 150g

マヨネーズソース
マヨネーズ 大さじ4
コチュジャン 小さじ2
ごま油 大さじ2

サラダ油
たこ焼きソースまたはお好み焼きソース
韓国海苔(刻む)
炒りごま
