Pan-fried Wasabi Pork
Ingredients(Serves 1)
1 boneless pork loin chop
salt & pepper
wasabi
panko
1 Tbsp tonkatsu sauce

Directions
1. Cut slits into the fat and connective tissue around the pork, then salt & pepper one side.
2. On the other side spread on wasabi to taste, coat both sides with panko, and fry in a small amount of oil (not listed).
3. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, and dip one side into the sauce.
