Ingredients:
2 tbsp Pork lard
500g Pork shoulder cubes
60g Fish sauce
30g Sugar
150g Water
30g Dark caramel sauce
100g Coated peanuts
30g Ikan billis
50g Lardons

Steps:
1. Cook the pork shoulder cubes in a pan with fish sauce, water and sugar for 15 minutes
2. When it is dry, add the dark caramel sauce and toss
3. Top with the peanuts, ikan billis and lardons
