INGREDIENTS

Milk-pudding
300 milliliters Milk
30 grams sugar
5 grams Powdered gelatin
2 tablespoons water
100 milliliters Heavy cream

Matcha-Pudding
300 milliliters Milk
20 grams Sugar
4 grams Powdered gelatin
1 tablespoon Water
10 grams Matcha powder

PREPARATION
1.Sprinkle gelatin into water, and warm it in a 600W microwave oven for about 10 seconds to make it liquid.

2.Make the milk pudding. Put milk and sugar in a pan and heat over low heat. Turn off the heat, add the gelatin solution and mix. Add the heavy cream and mix.

3. Place the pot on an ice bath while continuously stirring. When thickened, pour into a container and cool in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

4. Make the matcha pudding. Put milk and sugar in a pan and heat over low heat. Turn off the heat, add the gelatin solution and mix.

5. Put the matcha powder in a bowl, add (4) little by little, stir and filter with a colander.

6. Place the bowl into an ice bath while stirring constantly, when thicken pour on top of the milk pudding (3). Chill in the refrigerator for an additional 2-3 hours, and you're done!
