Mango Kulfi Recipe | आम की कुल्फी घर पर कैसे बनाये | Mango Ice Cream | Atima's Kitchen

On season or off season, you can enjoy this dessert round the year. you can prepare it from frozen mango pulp also.

700 gm (approx.) Mango Pulp.
1 liter Milk (Full cream)
200 ml Cream
1/2 Cup Sugar
4-5 no. Almond (Chopped)
4-5 no. Pistachio (Chopped)
Few strands Saffron
Boil the Milk on medium heat, stir occasionally, when milk reduces up to 200 ml, remove from the heat and keep aside to cool.
Crush Mango pulp with sugar, blend the cream in it. Add Saffron (dissolved in 2 tsp. milk)
Add the thickened milk in it.
Tip : thickening the milk reduces the chances of ice crystallization.
Add crushed dry fruits and deep freeze for 6-7 hours or over night in an air tight box.
Tip : if you do not have such a box, cover the utensil with aluminum foil or cling rap properly.
Remove from deep freeze and enjoy the homemade Mango Kulfi.
