मात्र १० मिनट में बनाइये पोहा से एकदम स्वादिष्ट नाश्ता | Poha Peas Balls | Atima's Kitchen1 cup Beaten Boiled Rice (Poha) 2 nos Boiled Potatoes1 cup Onion (finely chopped)½ cup Green Peas (Boiled)2 nos. Green Chilies (Finely chopped)2 tbsp. Green Coriander. (Chopped)½ tbsp. Black Pepper (Crushed)1 tsp. Ginger-Garlic Paste½ tsp. Red Chili Powder½ tsp. Turmeric Powder½ tsp. Dry mango powder (Amchur)1 tsp. Funnel-Coriander Seeds (Crushed)½ tsp. CuminSalt to tasteOil for frying.Soak Poha in clean water for 3-4 minutes then drain all the excess water. Add little salt and Black pepper powder to boiled Peas and mash it, and keep aside. Add boiled potatoes in poha and mash it with fingers to make dough like mixture. Add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, finely chopped chilies, finely chopped green coriander, cumin, crushed funnel-coriander seeds, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, red chili powder and salt to taste. Mix it properly.Take a small portion of poha mixture, flatten it on your palm, put a spoonful of mashed peas in the center, and make a ball out of it. Grease palm before making poha balls. Heat the oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry a few at a time, so poha balls do not stick together, fry on medium to low heat, fry them till they are golden brown. Place on a kitchen towel to remove extra oil.
