Palak Paneer Bhurji | पालक पनीर भुर्जी रेसिपी | पनीर की लाजवाब रेसिपी | Atima's Kitchen Palak Paneer Bhurji:2 Cups Spinach (Chopped)200 gm Paneer (Cubes)2. nos. Medium size Onion (Chopped)2. nos. Medium size Tomatoes (Chopped)7-8 cloves Garlic (Chopped)1 tsp. Ginger (Chopped)1 tsp. Cumin1 tsp. Garam masala½ tsp. Turmeric powder1 tsp. Red Chilli powder1tsp. Coriander powder2. nos Green Cardamom (Crushed)Salt to taste2 tbsp. CreamHeat 1 tsp. oil in a pan. Add Paneer cubes in it and saute a little. Sprinkle 2 pinch Salt and crushed Black Pepper to it. Do not brown the cubes, and Keep aside.Now heat 2 tbsp. oil in another pan, add cumin, onion, garlic and ginger. Saute for 2 minutes and do not brown. Now add tomatoes. Cook for few minutes while stirring. Add powdered spices after tomatoes are half done. Do not add salt at this stage. Roast the mixture for 1-2 minutes.Now add Spinach (Palak). Mix well and cook spinach for 3-4 minutes on low to medium heat. Stir continuously. Tip :- Do not cover the pan to retain the green colour of spinach.When spinach becomes soft, (Don’t overcook at this stage). Add the Paneer to it.Now add salt to taste. Mix with light strokes. Now add crushed cardamom to enhance the flavour. Now lastly, add the cream. Mix well and remove from heat.Tip…. If you do not have cream, add ½ cup milk and let the mixture get dried up.
