INGREDIENTS
200g beef
200g steamed rice
30ml sushi vineger

A
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sake
1/2 tablespoon mirin
1/2 tablespoon sugar

Some sea urchin
Some edible gold leaf
Some ginger pickles

PREPARATION
1. Cut the beef into thin slices.

2. Mix rice with sushi vinegar while cooling.

3. Heat all A ingredients in a pot.

4. Shape the rice (2) and place the meat slice (1) on top.

5. Brush (3) onto the meat. Burn the meat with a torch. Put some sea urchin and the gold leaf on top. Serve with ginger pickles.

6. Enjoy!
