Mushroom-shaped Truffles with mushrooms

I saw a story on TV that mushrooms are getting a lot of attention in New York. So I made this.
*recipe* (for 27 pieces)
50g each of buna-shimeji mushrooms, shiro-shimeji mushrooms, maitake mushrooms
200g peeled sweet chestnuts
5g lemon zest
Dried fruit (100g prunes, 40g figs, 20g raisins)
14g cocoa powder
Cocoa powder for decoration as needed
Chocolate chips as needed

How to make
1.Cut off the stem of bunashimeji mushrooms and shiroshimeji mushrooms into small bunches. Separate maitake mushrooms into small bunches. Use 50g each.
2.Place (1) in a frying pan and sprinkle lightly with salt. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for about 3 minutes.
3.Put 200g of peeled sweet chestnuts in a food processor and finely chop.
4.Add 5g of finely chopped lemon peel and mix.
5.Add dried fruits (100g of prunes, 40g of figs, 20g of raisins) and the mushrooms from (2) and roughly chop.
6.Add 14g of cocoa powder and mix. I made it smooth so that it looks like a mushroom.
7.Roll into small dough balls, about 17g each. It is easier to work with the dough if it is cooled in the refrigerator.
8.Shape the dough into a mushroom-like shape and insert a Meiji TakenokoNoSato into the dough.
9.Sprinkle cocoa powder.
10.Use white or black chocolate chips to make a pattern like the mushrooms in the cartoon.
11.Done. I wonder if it's like a vegan chocolate truffle.
