I Or Luak!! To us, a good plate of or luak must be partly crispy chewy have lotsa eggs good quality fish sauce fresh oysters which is quite difficult to find. So I asked Roland to cook this at home according to our preference After experimenting twice, he finally found the right mix of ingredients & the way to achieve crispy chewy texture With this recipe, we can have or luak anytime as long as we can get hold of oysters.

Ingredients:
Serves 3

30g sweet potato flour
90ml of water
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of fish sauce (add gradually according to your preferred level of saltiness)
5-6 oysters
A few dashes of pepper
