Smoothies are a great, easy way to eat plenty of fruits for a healthier lifestyle and are especially great for kids! Many types of fruits are ideal in smoothies like banana, strawberries and blueberries which are easy to find nowadays all year round.
This refreshing, not very common, Nectarine Smoothie is very fruity, subtly sweet without sugar, and a cool burst of sunshine in the Summer heat.
Suitable for vegetarians, but also vegans and fasting with substitutes!

INGREDIENTS:
cup / 190 ml / 140 gr / 4.9 oz / 2 large, ripe Nectarines in slices (peeled)
cup / 62 ml / 70 gr / 2.5 oz or of a ripe Banana, cut in rounds
cup / 190 ml Milk 2.5% or 5% fat, cold
1/3 cup / 85 ml / 85 gr / 3 oz Greek Strained Yoghurt, 0% fat
15-20 ml / 1-1.5 tbsp. Greek Thyme Honey
tsp. Vanilla Essence
Some Ice cubes or Crushed Ice
