Okara vegan shrimp spicy stirfry | Japanese Cooking Lovers by Yuri

I will show you how to make Healthy Shrimp Stir Fry Vegan Recipe. Okara is soybean pulp and byproducts of Tofu. I am using Okara for making shrimp-like food. If you want to use real shrimp, you can use shrimp and the sauce is still excellent with it. Also, you can adjust hot sauce so you can eat less spicy or spicier stir fry.

Ingredients:
150 g / 5.3 oz tofu
5.3 oz / 150 o okara
1tsp vegetable stock
80g/ 2.8oz potato starch

Chili Sauce
16-20 Okara shrimp
1 small tomato
1/2 in or 2cm ginger
1 or 2 scallion
1TBS hot sauce
1C vegetable stock
1-2 tbs potato starch with the same amount of water together
4 shiitake mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1tbs sake
1 celery
1-1/2 tbs sugar
Salt and pepper
