Okonomiyaki Bars
Servings: 2

INGREDIENTS
A
80g flour
80ml water
1 tablespoon dashi powder
1 egg

100g shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon tempura crunchies
50g pork belly slices
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon okonomiyaki sauce
Fried quail eggs, as needed
Chopped scallions, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl until smooth. Add the cabbage and tempura crunches into the bowl.
2. Pour (1) into a lightly oiled Tamagoyaki pan (rectangular pan) and place the pork belly slices on top. Cover the pan with a food foil. Cook on both sides until golden.
3. Cut (2) into 4 pieces. Put the okonomiyaki sauce, the eggs, and chopped scallions on top.
4. Enjoy!
