Mix all of the ingredients A in a bowl until smooth. Add the cabbage and tempura crunches into the bowl.2. Pour (1) into a lightly oiled Tamagoyaki pan (rectangular pan) and place the pork belly slices on top. Cover the pan with a food foil. Cook on both sides until golden.3. Cut (2) into 4 pieces.
