The western food stall, run by 78-year-old Mr Lui, sells deep-fried chicken, fish and other finger food. He has been in the business for 40 years. Despite his age and hunched back, Uncle does everything single-handedly - from cleaning the stall, preparing food, taking orders, to cooking. Mr Lui uses his own secret recipe for the marination. The popular items on the menu are the Spring Chicken and Fish & Chips.
