400g Rice
200g Mustard greens
200g Roast pork
15g Dried shrimp (rehydrated)
4 Dried mushrooms (soaked and diced)
Carrot (diced)
10g Minced ginger
3 whole Shallots (sliced)
4 cloves Minced garlic
400g Water
1 tsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp Dark soy sauce
1 tsp Chicken powder
1 tsp White pepper powder
tsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Cooking oil
