Maybe you have probably noticed that one of my most favorite fish is swordfish. It's because it has an exceptional meaty taste, it doesn't smell "fishy", it's not fatty, has no bones and it's quite versatile.
In this easy to prepare dinner, I marinate swordfish ahead of time with the wonderful Ladolemono sauce.
The same sauce goes over the potatoes which are baked first in the oven and then swordfish is added, for a scrumptious, succulent meal.
Let me show you how to make this guaranteed new family favorite (also for kids who dont usually eat fish).

INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients for the Oil-Lemon marinade:
1/2 cup / 125 ml Olive oil
45-50 ml / about 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice from 2 Lemons
1.5 tsp. dry Oregano
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Ground Salt and Pepper

Ingredients for the Fish and potatoes:
500 gr. / 1 lb 2 oz / 5 Swordfish fillets (skinless, washed, thickness/slice: 1 cm/0.4 in)
About 1 kg. / 2.25 lb Potatoes suitable for baking, cut in rounds
Ground Salt and Pepper
