Pasta Carbonara Skewers
Servings: 3 skewers

INGREDIENTS
9 penne pasta
50g bacon
1 teaspoon olive oil

100ml heavy cream
2 tablespoons shredded cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Grated parmesan cheese, as needed
Black pepper, as needed
1 egg yolk

PREPARATION
1. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instruction. Cut the bacon into small pieces. Thread the pasta and bacon pieces onto the skewers.

2. Put some olive oil in a skillet. Cook the skewers (1) until golden. Add all of the ingredients A into the skillet and simmer.

3. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and black pepper over the skewers. Place the egg yolk on top.

4. Enjoy!
