This is a rustic, winter dish which would be served perfectly for a Sunday family lunch! Greek Fasolada-White Bean soup is one of the most popular traditional dishes of Greek cuisine. It has been long established as the “Greek National Food”! So, can you think of a better combo than our beloved Fasolada with succulent pork, baked in the oven in a village terracotta dish? Because I can't!! Actually, if you have prepared a big portion of Bean soup-Fasolada a few days before, this recipe could use the leftovers, pimp them up
